
Brief Introduction to China Condiment
The journal, China Condiment, has been indexed by various databases including Guide to the Chinese Core Journals, CSTPCD, RCCSE, and is administrated by China General Chamber of Commerce and hosted by National Condiment Technology Information Center. China Condiment was first issued in 1976, and is a professional and technical journal publicly issued by the condiment industry at home and abroad. For decades, with the aim of serving the industry and promoting the technological progress of the industry, we have been publishing the journal with the characteristics of progressiveness, practicality and large amount of information and are popular with the people in the industry.
The first publication rate and citation rate of papers in this journal are very high. China Condiment has been indexed by the world’s authoritative index magazines including Scopus in Netherlands, Abstracts Journal (AJ, VINITI) in Russia, Chemical Abstracts (CA) in the United States, Japan Science and Technology Agency (Chinese Bib-liographic Database) (JST China), Index of Copernicus (IC) in Poland, Food Science and Technology Abstracts (FSTA) in the UK, Global Health in the UK, Centre for Agriculture and Bioscience International (CABI) in the UK, Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory (UPD) in the United States, which include journals and influential domestic abstracts.
